Wow! It's been a really long time since I've posted to this blog!
Since the last time that I posted, we have welcomed baby #3 into our family! Everett arrived on September 3rd at 2:11 pm. He weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz and was 20 in long. If I do say so myself, he's quite a cutie! He is eating like a champ and had surpassed his birth weight by the time we went to his first appointment. Zach and Jordan are doing pretty well adjusting, but I'm having a hard time! Having a 5 year old, a 3 year old and an infant to take care of is hard to adjust to. So, I have started blogging again on my other blog Southern Blue Belle's Life to try to keep some kind of sanity and provide some stress relief. I'd love it if you came over and joined me there! When I have time to actually craft, I will be posting pictures of my creations there instead of trying to maintain two separate blogs. So feel free to come over and laugh (or sympathize) at my crazy life with 3 boys.

Jordan vs A Bag of Powdered Sugar
I promised that I would show you what it looks like when a 3 year old gets into a fight with a bag of powdered sugar....and this is what it looks like. At this point, it is funny, but at the time, not so much! I apparently knew that I would find it funny at some point and that's why I took pictures. And from the pictures you can tell that Jordan found it to be quite funny at that moment! He looks like the cat that ate the canary.
So, I have decided today that I am going to put my kids through boot camp. This Mommy is about to become one mean Drill Sergent! I love my kids to death, but I have spoiled them and they have gotten to the point where they are getting out of control. I need to get them under control before the new baby comes! Tomorrow I am going out with friends for a nice, relaxing evening to celebrate my 24th birthday. Then on Saturday (my actual birthday), I am going to start what is sure to be two weeks of pure torture. I have heard that it takes two weeks to break a habit and create a new one, and I am really hoping that's all it takes! If I make it through the two weeks without giving in, I am going to reward myself with an hour massage and a facial! So, here's a breakdown of what's going to happen:
- Right now Zach and Jordan both have tvs in their rooms. As of Saturday, those are going to be gone!
- For some reason, they have to have the tv on all day even if they aren't watching it. Starting Saturday, they are going to get 1 hour total of tv time during the day, broken up into two 30 minute intervals. If they disobey me, time will be taken away.
- On Saturday we are going to go through their toys and I am going to let them each pick their favorite 5. The rest I am going to box up.
- I am going to set up a chart to reward them for being good little boys. No more getting things for nothing. They are going to have to earn them first.
I will be blogging about this on my other blog Southern Blue Belle's Life (http://southernbluebelleslife.blogspot.com) if you are interested in checking out the progress we are making. I'm sure it will be interesting to say the least!

I'm Back....I think!
Well, I think I am finally back. I'm sorry that I haven't posted in so long! Things here have been crazy to say the least. I think I am finally over the tiredness of this pregnancy for the time being, but as soon as that was gone, we got hit with sickness here. Zach got a really high fever and had a bad cough for 3 days and then Jordan got it and had it about 3 days too. I was praying that I wouldn't get it, but unfortunately I did. Mine hung on quite a bit longer because of the fact that I wasn't sure if or what medicine I could take, so I didn't take anything. I'm finally over it, but to give you an idea of how long it has hung on, I started coughing and everything the Monday after Valentine's day. I had my first doctor's appointment on February 23rd and I made sure to ask him what types of medicine I could take for everything from a headache to a cold! You would think I would know these things since I have already had two children, but of course I couldn't remember. I have trouble remembering what I have for breakfast, so how and the world would I remember that LOL!
Everything went well at my appointment. My official due date is September 8th, but the doctor did say that he would induce a week early so that we can insure that Clint is here when I have the baby. Right now I'm not sure of the exact date, but I'm figuring it will be the end of August or beginning of September. So, now it's just a waiting game. Anyone who has been pregnant before knows how LONG these 9 months seem to last. Around the end of April, beginning of May I will be able to find out the sex of the baby and how many there will be. Everyone thinks I am going to have twins, and I think that would be really neat! So, I will make sure to let everyone know when I find out what/how many I am having.
I have been crafting lately, so I will take pictures of the things I have made and post them in the next couple of days. I also have a picture to show you of what an almost 3 year old looks like when he gets in a fight with a bag of powdered sugar!

Thank You for Your Kindness!
Thank you to everyone that has wished me well on my pregnancy! I'm hoping that the tiredness and sickness go away very soon, but if I have to deal with it for the whole 9 months, I will. It will definitely be worth it in the end!
I have to say that there are some very kind people in this world. We moved into our house in May and our next door neighbor, who is probably in his 70s has helped Clint do things outside quite a bit when he is home. He knows that we have two small children and that I am home by myself most of the time, and he keeps an eye out for me. Right after I found out I was pregnant, we had a big snowstorm, and I was outside shoveling snow off of our driveway because I needed to be able to get out to take my son to school. He saw me shoveling and said he would be over to snowplow in a minute. I thought that was so sweet of him! Ever since then, when we have quite a bit of snow fall, he comes over and snowplows my driveway. Up until yesterday he didn't even know I was pregnant. He was just doing it to be kind. I wanted to do something to let him know that I appreciate everything he has done for me, so I made him some cookies and a thank you card. It's not near enough, but it's a start!

Sorry....
that I haven't posted like I said I would. I have been informed that I am worrying certain people in my family (and I'm sorry about that). I have been extremely tired lately and have been sleeping as much as possible and when it's not possible, I've really been dragging. I don't remember being this tired when I was pregnant with Zach or Jordan. Maybe that has something to do with it....this time I am pregnant and chasing two little boys around. Hopefully I get over this soon. In the meantime, please be patient with me. I will try to post a project soon!

Happy News!
Well, I haven't had much time to craft lately. I've been trying to get the house cleaned up because I have some of the mom's from the mom's group coming over Friday night for a craft night catch-up. So, hopefully Saturday I will be able to post all of the projects I made Friday night. Ok, in reality, I probably won't get that much done because I will probably be busy eating and talking!
In the meantime, I thought I would share some happy news with you. Clint and I found out a the beginning of the month that we are expecting baby #3! We are both very excited and can't wait for him or her to arrive. We will be waiting a while, though, seeing as how I am not due until the beginning of September! It's going to be a long, hot summer this year! I had to wait until I told my family before I posted anything and now that I have, I'm free to tell all of you. Now that I think about it, I should have posted it first so I can see how often they really do look at my blog LOL!
I'm off to clean some. Will definitely be back on Saturday with some projects to show you, but maybe before then.
